The Sous Chef: Creative Foods Edition (CF)

The Creative Foods Edition is a software program designed to be an entertaining and informative curriculum resource tailored to a secondary level. With this version of the Sous Chef you will have access to over half of the material found in the Culinary Arts Edition, including over 200 videos and 800 pages of professional academic content.

Creative Foods is made for high school Family and Consumer Science (FACS) classes; therefore, the content is designed to build on Foods & Nutrition, focusing on the fun and creative side of cooking.
