There are three different versions of the Sous Chef, each aimed a different level of education. These products are also cummulative, meaning that all of the information found in Foods and Nutrition is also in Creative Foods, and in turn, all The Culinary Arts edition builds and expands on the content from the other two.

The Sous Chef™ Culinary Arts V7
Ideal for educators with culinary arts level courses. Contains instructional materials ideally suited for basic and advanced skills development.  The Culinary Arts version contains over 1200 teaching slides and 340 instructional videos from basic knife cuts to advanced meat fabrication.

The Sous Chef™ Creative Foods V7
Programs that teach Level 1, 2, and 3 Foods classes, plus classes such as Advanced Foods, World Foods, and Creative Foods, can benefit greatly from this version of the Sous Chef™.  Students can learn creative skills and techniques - such as garnishing, fruit and vegetable carving – plus how to create everyday dishes with a bit of pizzazz.  Containing 200 videos and 600 teaching slides, the Creative Foods version will help to inspire your students all year long.

The Sous Chef™ Foods & Nutrition V7
Ideal for Foods, Nutrition and Comprehensive Foods courses in middle and high schools. This version of the Sous Chef™ covers the basics of foods from a study of nutrition to various food types and basic cooking methods.  With 100 videos and 400 slides of information, this well organized resource will speak volumes to your students.
